Every single day we send packages to places all over the world - England, Australia, Italy, Israel, Japan, Brazil, Canada, New Zealand, China, Spain, Belgium... and the list goes on! International Shipping Rates We are working to have our shipping rates calculated directly in the shopping cart, but we're not quite there yet! Do not be scared of the SURCHARGE! You will see a "surcharge" on all international orders. This surcharge is usually $25 - but don't worry! We do not charge any orders until they are downloaded, picked, packed and weighed. We then ADJUST your shipping rate so that it is accurate. The total amount you pay for shipping will be based on the USPS shipping rates to your country. We can send you an email before we ship with your actual shipping amount - just ask us to do so in the "comments" section of your order. International Shipping Methods At checkout, all international customers should select "ground" as the shipping method. Based on the weight of your package, we will either send it via First Class Mail International or Priority Mail International. We prefer to use First Class Mail International as it is less expensive for you, but there are weight restrictions with it. So if your package weighs over 4 pounds, we will have to send it Priority Mail International, which costs a bit more. Taxes, Duties & Customs Fees International order totals DO NOT INCLUDE any taxes, VAT fees, or other duties or customs fees charged by the country of delivery. It is your responsibility to pay your appropriate government agencies when you get your order. We know nothing about what these charges may be so please do not ask us; instead contact your local customs office. Also, we are unable to mark any package as a "gift" as we are under legal obligation to list the true contents for customs. Shipping Credit for Orders Over $125 Our US Customers get free ground shipping on orders over $125. If your order is over $125, you will still see a surcharge of $25 in the shopping cart. But once we determine the actual shipping amount for your order, we will give you a credit of $10.95 for being over $125.
